At IgnFyr, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our fire starters are consumable, combustible goods, we maintain a strict all-sales-final policy.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds or exchanges on any order. Please review your cart, quantity, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or incorrect orders

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ignfyr.com with your order reference and a photo of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may replace the affected item.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly to ship fast. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
